Rooms are dated but okay. Rooms need humidifier. Everything always feels wet. Temporary beach access is okay but not suitable for elderly people. It's basically sandbags made into steps. It's not the worst place I've ever stayed and if I had to I would go back.

Our room was clean, we did not have an ocean view, but the pool area with grills available and several tables and other seating areas was nice for watching the sunrise or enjoying drinks and dinner in the evening. When we go to the beach we intend to be on the beach and in the ocean, not looking out from our room, so we save a little not requesting beachfront. We enjoyed the beach right there for most of our stay, traveled a bit over to Green Springs State Park one day and there did a paddle board tour in the morning on the St. John River and up towards the spring booked with Three Brothers Boards and then spent the rest of the day floating in the spring (tube rentals available, next time I think that we will just take pool noodles or a small child's float), we also took an afternoon at the end of the week and went to the beach at Canaveral National Seashore highly recommend, (heed the warning sign on the drive in there about the last beach being clothing optional, unless that's your thing) the beach is beautiful and natural.

Had a fantastic week there. The view is amazing. The building is old but beautifully kept and the staff were wonderful and friendly. Would highly recommend it.

We love bringing our family here. The staff is great and very friendly! The pool and beach access was closed due to the hurricane back in September but they still had chairs and tables you could access which was great. They also had ideas of other places for us to check out so we still had a great time.

Rooms were clean, but not new. Kitchenette was quite nice, had all the utensils we needed. Staff was helpful. They loaned us beach chairs. The pool had just been refurbished, but it was too cold to use during our week. Bed was comfortable, a.c. was sufficient. Everything is close by. Would stay here again.

Great location for visiting and enjoying your time in Daytona.my family and I have been there multiple times and we love the fact that is is on the beach but also far enough from Main Street so you can enjoy all the festivities in Daytona but also have a solid serene time at this resort

At first glance it doesn't look like much on the outside, but the unit I stayed in was absolutely great. A full kitchen, living room, dining area multiple tvs, big comfy bed, extra pillows and blankets you name it! Would definitely recommend

Love the view from room (206) at all times of the day! (Even though the sunrise is our beach view. the sunset is still lovely.) Worth sacrificing space from our usual 2 bedroom for the studio (we booked too late.) Studio is like a hotel room (queen bed & queen sleeper sofa) with a minimal mini kitchen. Place is nice & very clean. Has COLD A/C. Has a give and take library and game selection to borrow from in the main lobby. Parking is tricky, but every place off of the beach is! Staff is absolutely amazing!!! Can’t wait for next summer’s visit when the pool & beach access repairs will be finished from the last hurricane. *we opted to stay on “our beach” and take a chance viewing fireworks on the 4th of July. So glad we didn’t fight the crowds on the boardwalk. We saw lots of fireworks up and down the beach. We could even see the county fireworks from the boardwalk/Joe Crab Shack’s pier (husband said it was too far and he needed to “hear” the booms.)
